CAN I HAVE SOME USERS ON ONE PACKAGE AND OTHER USERS ON A DIFFERENT PACKAGE?
Yes, it's common for most technicians to use the starter package and administrators to use the Professional package. You only pay for what you need.
HOW LONG ARE YOUR CONTRACTS?
Proper's plans are billed on a month to month basis. We make it simple to begin and stop your service at any time.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR OUR ORGANIZATION TO BE SET UP?
It depends on the size of your organization, but typically we'll have you up and running over the weekend. From there we're on call to answer any of your questions.
HOW DOES THE TRIAL WORK?
Once you sign up by providing your name and email address we'll create an account for you and one of our support representatives will work with you to get you up and running right away.
IS THERE A DISCOUNT FOR YEARLY SERVICE?
Yes, we offer a %15 discount if you pay for your service anually. You can still cancel at anytime and we'll refund the remaining balance.
HOW OFTEN ARE NEW FEATURES ADDED?
We are committed to ensuring that Proper remains the leading Service Management application, and we look forward to any feedback from our customers. Because of this we release new features and updates frequently.
HOW IS EVERYTHING BACKED UP?
Proper creates four backups of you data that we store in the cloud. You can also export your data to keep a backup for yourself.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS I SHOULD KNOW ABOUT?
We created all of our plans to be as straightforward as possible. Sometimes our customers request custom training and implementation packages, but besides that we include everything like support, regular training and new feature releases.
CAN I CANCEL AT ANYTIME?
Yes, you can cancel anytime, If you cancel within 3 days of your last bill we'll refund you for that month as well.
